Pour 12 cup marinara in bottom of a 275 quart baking dish. Spread 3 tablespoons salsa in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.

For the bean sauce.

Black bean lasagna. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl combine ricotta cheese garlic powder and egg. Add onion garlic cumin coriander chili powder pepper sherry and sherry vinegar.

Saute for 2-3 minutes until the onions start to turn translucent. Layer noodles salsa remaining cheese. Assemble the lasagna in a 7-12 x 12 baking dish.

½ cup chopped green sweet. 9 whole wheat lasagna noodles or rice noodles for a gluten free lasagna 1 large onion chopped. Stir in the tomato paste oregano cumin chili powder salt and pepper and mix until the ingredients come together.

Mix seasonings with spaghetti sauce and spoon a small amount of the sauce into the bottom of a baking dish. The black bean sauce was a little bland so I spiced that up a little too. Stir in pasta sauce and cumin.

Add black beans diced tomatoes oregano parsley green pepper corn ground pepper and additional 12 teaspoon of salt. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Add tomato paste and cook for another minute.

Arrange 4 noodles slightly overlapping over salsa and top with half of the bean mixture 12 cup. Combine the rest of the sauce with the cooked beans. Preheat oven to 350 F.

Spread one-third of bean mixture on bottom of a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. 2 cans 16 ounces each black beans rinsed and drained. Place 2 tablespoons of the vegetable stock in a saucepan.

Heres the final recipe. Add tomato paste and the remaining black beans and their liquid and cook for another 8 minutes. Heat oven to 350F.

Layer with 3 noodles noodles may overlap slightly depending on the size of your dish Top with half of spinach mixture beans half of remaining marinara and half of cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 175 degrees C. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

Lay 12 tomato mixture in bottom of pan 12 of each cheese then 12 of the beans.
