The seitan freezes beautifully but tofu changes texture when frozen it gets kind of spongey so freeze tofu only if you enjoy that texture personally Im not a fan. Like I said this easy marinated tofu is a great beginner tofu recipe.

The Best Marinated Tofu Loving It Vegan

Simple Tofu Marinade.

Marinating tofu recipes. In a pan over medium high heat add the oil. This recipe generates the most flavorful marinated tofu. Add marinated tofu only adding a small amount of the marinade at a time.
