Recipe For Sushi Rice
While the rice is cooking heat the rice vinegar. Use the rice to make your favorite sushi recipe.
Rinse rice in a bowl with a stream of fresh water until the water runs moderately clear.

1 rice cooker cup 180 ml 150 g yields roughly 330 g of cooked rice which is roughly 1 ¾ US cups. Drain the water completely then put the rice and two cups of water in a rice cooker.
